Happy to report that the staff at the hotel are all friendly, polite and professional. As for our stay.....
Pros: Our room (Junior King Suite) was comfortable and spacious.
Both restaurants tried (Azure and Lexington Grill) were excellent.
Adults only pool/beach area was great.
Cons: it was clear that both our room and the entire floor had only just reopened and the AC wasn t functioning at capacity.We had 2 separate engineers out who did nothing. Very warm first night!
Our telephone wasn t working on arrival so we couldn t ring anyone to find out where our luggage was TWO hours after checking in.
No hot water one evening.
Mix-up at checkout plus computer crash led to lengthy process.

Finally, take insect repellent. I was eaten alive and am still suffering with the bites a week on.

All in all, a nice hotel with some glitches that could easily be sorted.
