This so called officer is standing in front of my car on the phone, blocking me in for about 3 minutes while my blinker was on. After I brought in the luggage from the individual I was picking up. He comes up to my window and says he is writing me a ticket. I said for what , he said he asked me to leave awhile ago. Which no one had spoken to me. He said my window was open this much and displayed it with his hands holding it to my window. He misjudged where is hand was and nearly hit me in the face. I said don t touch me , he then refuted now you re definitely getting a ticket, and I ll see you in court . I refuted for what, you trying to grab me while I m in my car trying to leave . He then started yelling at me and my passenger. I was in shock, especially since as I was in the right hand lane, there were cars blocking me in and him standing directly in front of my vehicle. His job is to protect and serve, not hit people then harass them.
