Paraplegic Centre Peshawar (PCP), is an autonomous body working under the umbrella of the department of health, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, providing free of cost, Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation Services including, Skilled Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Orthotic Management, Psychological Counseling, Recreational Activities, Skills Building, Community Re-Integration, provision of Custom Made Wheel Chairs, Adoptive/ Supportive equipments and Follow Up Services including minor home modifications along with Medical and Nursing care of people with Post Traumatic Spinal Cord Injuries from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA and the rest of the country. Paraplegic centre is the flag bearer of comprehensive physical rehabilitation in Pakistan and serves as model "health care facility" for the entire country.
