Horrible experience! They are very deceptive and conniving. My water softener system stopped working and the technician informed me that replacing a part would get it running again. However, they cannot test the water immediately to show me that it's working because it takes approximately 1 week for the water to cycle through the system after a reboot. Needless to say I waited one week and a half and I still don't have soft water. Now they want to charge me again to come out and test my water! Absolutely ridiculous! How can a business operate when they don't stand by their work? How can you charge somebody for repairs and not show the customer that the problem has been addressed? I do not recommend Kinetico due to their poor customer service and deceiving business practices.
