The flat I stayed in managed by Southside Property was well taken care of and kept in a great condition throughout the year. When there were problems, such as our fence falling down in a strong windstorm, the issue was taken quickly care of by Southside. They allow for a great flow of information and give plenty of advanced warning when coming to fix the flat. Southside was easy to work with and they were quick to address any concerns my flat mates and I had.
