I flew in from Massachusetts when I knew my brother was in critical condition. Went right from the airport to Madison hospital. When I got there I waited 10 minutes until the security staff gave me the ok to go to 5th floor to see my brother. When I got there, the nurse? Told my I couldn t see him and escorted me back to the lobby like I was a criminal. A few minutes later, a different nurse came and took me to see my brother. He had died 10 minutes earlier. So sad. Why would they do that to me or my brother?
