If only I had read these reviews I wouldn't had placed an order with company .. Same problem as others - ordered a chair and some cleaning products and recieved an E mail saying chair out of stock so they offered me a cheaper chair at a more expensive price than on the website!!! So we asked the to cancel the order and refund. Well that was 4 months ago .. STILL WAITING! Complete Shambles ...... Another week and I wil be contacting trading standards - AND TRUST I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD WITH A CLOSED BUSINESS AT THE MOMENT!
