Bryan 776 must own stock or work for LG, giving it 4 stars. CUSTOMER SERVICE is unbelievable, you might as well be speaking to an automated system. A $4000 refrigerator barely 3 years old and the compressor is done. Repair person suppose to come, after being on the phone for 2 house with customer service. On the day of the service, called the AD. Appliances, never never received the order. It goes on and on, still no service. I explained I had children and mother with Alzheimer and diabetic, they kept to their script. Please if you are having problems, report to Better Consumer and Better Business bureau. Their corporate offices are in Korea, no more need to be said!
