Jeff the owner is very unprofessional. Pre-event, he puts on a good show and makes you feel good, but that's about it. Food was good but they did not live up to promises that were made! I'll just give a few examples:

Me and my wife were concerned about not having time to sample our apps on the big day, we were promised we would get some, neither of us had any. When confronted about this after the event, instead of just apologizing, Shannon basically passed the blame to her server saying "Bride and Groom plate of canapes. I prepared that mixed granite tray myself. My server who I always send to the bride, groom and wedding party was sent by me personally. It was Amanda and I saw her go outside while photos were being taken" this is a direct quote from her e-mail response.

After the event was done I expected that invoices would be cleared up fairly quickly. I enquired about this after the event and was told should be a day or 2 we had other events that weekend. Fine. A week goes by and nothing. I enquire again. Today or tomorrow. 2 days go by... less then impressed by this point. I e-mailed and called this behaviour unprofessional. Within the hour owner Jeff called me to lecture me on my incorrect "verbiage" of the word unprofessional... ironic since this phone call was super professional Jeff... and I believe not meeting multiple timelines would be the difinition of unprofessional.

I could go on but you get the idea!

Overall not worth the stress and headaches.
