I was just at the office with my mom whom had the appointment with a Dr. W. Horace Noland. He made us wait more then an hour and even after his appointment before us went into his office and was on the phone. I know this because a nurse had put us in a room next to him because it was dark, because she was having a migraine. I'm never taking my mom to him again!!
