They harrassed me during a short leave of abscence, exacerbating my situation, telling me I had not provided enough information for my claim to not be denied, although my physician filled out their 12 page document, as well as others. Once I had returned to work, magically my claim had been approved. No additional info was provided. Way to be consistent Reed! What you folks do should be illegal, shame on you! Purely disgusting!
