I had the privilege of staying here through Delta ...

I had the privilege of staying here through Delta due to a missed connection.

They have a shuttle that runs to LAX which makes it very convenient, runs about every 20-30 minutes.

I arrived with a bunch of other people with missed flights and was able to jump to the front of the line as they had a line for elite member status.

Front desk was very friendly and helped me out with getting a hygiene kit since mine was in a bag somewhere in LAX.

Has a bar that serves food till 11 or 12am (can't remember exactly), which is much better than airport food.

Room was clean, you do get some traffic noise, even on the top floors. They have an executive lounge, which was average.

Overall nice hotel and would stay again if in the area.
