This company installed our roof on Lake Worth Lake...

This company installed our roof on Lake Worth Lake with a brand new build in 2013/2014. Since then, we have had 4 roof leaks, 2 of which we have had to fix ourselves and 2 of which are still not fixed. We have called, emailed and texted multiple times over the last 2 years and specifically within the last 2 months after Bill Pinkerton came to review the issue in January and never followed up. Twice he has been out here and stated there are some issues with how it was installed and yet we have never heard back on an estimate and/or made any efforts to follow up with us. I would never recommend this company and we will be paying out of pocket to get this fixed on a metal roof that is barely 6 years old.
