They are not perfect but they are quite close. It won't let me choose 4 1/2, which would be the correct score in my opinion. The service is very good, the plans have generous configurations, both in transfer speed, disk space, CPU, available memory, etc. Ticket response is fast, and unlike many other providers, they actually read and give relevant answers (no copy-paste). I've been with them for 9 months and so far the uptime was 97.72%. During the only service intermittence that I have experienced, they reported the nature of the problem and the time to resolve the problem, which was less than 2 hours. We rarely see this frontality in this area.
