The most unprofessional care I have ever received ...

The most unprofessional care I have ever received for a pet. My dog went in for a life threatening & time sensitive ailment and not only did they waste my time for over an hour (I then had to drive an hour to a capable surgeon in Pittsburgh to save him), but when I realized the bill was incorrect and tried to remedy it, I received no response for over 6 weeks. I had to drive up from Columbus, OH to get an answer in person. They agreed to a partial refund, but now refuse to issue said refund. Dr. Shondrick is not only unprofessional, but rude and arrogant. I am thankful to have received my dog s surgery elsewhere. Go to PA and skip this place if you re looking for quality care.
