A#1 Air is the best in the DFW area. When our AC broke, we tried to go through our warranty and ended up with a company that made the problem worse and never called us back. Enter A#1 Air (who our family has used for years) and Toby - he was so helpful in explaining the issues we were having and helped us get a very good deal on a new unit. Plus, our warranty is through A#1 Air now, so we have a very reliable, trustworthy company to work with in the future. Our unit was replaced the very next morning. By the time the afternoon rolled around, we had a brand new working system, which was such a relief in the Texas heat. Toby was wonderful and I can't recommend him or this company enough.
