Julie in customer service was so kind and patient and persevering. She spent almost 1 hour with me trying to solve a problem that I was having with a SanDisk and formatting it to fit the Stealth Cam that I purchased. Employees like that will have customers buying GSM Outdoor products for years to come knowing that the tech help in the company is second to none. Julie is an employee that makes GSM Outdoors the successful company that it is.
