Entirely unprofessional. As a medical provider, I needed Banner Baywood to close a case for a patient so she could be treated at my therapy center, where she wanted to be treated. The first time I called, I got transferred to Medical Records where when they picked up, I heard scuffling and then a quick "Hold on!" from someone on the other side. They then literally just set the phone down and I could hear them talking and gossipping about patients while the phone lay forgotten. After 10-15 minutes, I hung up and called again. After getting transferred again, Judy picked up the line and was very curt and rude. She refused to do what I and what the insurance asked her to do, insisting she was "too busy," when I had heard them gossipping not two minutes previous. She told me she was always on the phone and that she refused to call an insurance company because she didn't want to be placed on hold, when I had called the same company and hadn't been placed on hold at all. The entire situation was infuriating. Your staff is very disrespectful, lazy, and rude.
