I've had a mixed experience with Mystic Publishers. While they offer a wide range of books and genres to choose from, I found the quality of some publications to be lacking. There were a few instances where I noticed editing errors and formatting issues, which affected my overall reading experience. However, their customer service was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly. I appreciate their efforts to promote diverse voices, but I do feel that they need to improve the overall quality control process.
