If Sears is wondering why they're headed out of business I can let them know! Six weeks without laundry (my washer I bought from Sears was SO expensive!), six visits to repair it, misdiagnosis, nearly $300 in parts and labor and I had to throw it out after hiring another company to tell me that Sears misdiagnosed. The washer was never going to be fixed. When I call, I get the run-around. Don't spend your money with Sears. Don't buy their appliances or any other products. They've lost the meaning of customer service along with their jobs.
