Washer and dryer was delivered and installed yesterday. Today the dryer is not working. Called customer service and waited over the phone for 1 hour before speaking to a representative. Only after being transferred 3 times, I was told a technician would come out on August 16th. Today is July 20th. I will never purchase anything from Sears again. Definitely should have went to Lowe s or Best Buy. I ve learned my lesson. This is the very reason why the corporate office does not have a listed phone number. Trash products and customer service.
