I was out of country for 2 years. Prior to leaving I set up an auto renewal on my house insurance. There was a problem with the auto payment after one year. TD had my email address, but I did not receive any email notice regarding the problem. When I returned to Canada this May, I found out my house has been without coverage for a year. I talked to a TD insurance rep, was charged $104 and told I could not renew with TD Insurance. I have an excellent credit rating and am disappointed I am being denied service for a problem that could easily have been resolved by email. This is extremely poor customer service
