Star is for Magnicient Scenery

We requested cottage Room with king bed

The room wasn t cleaned.
Coffee spills on floor
Bath area had dirt in corners of floor
We paid 354. Per night for room
Usually rooms this expensive have excellent service
I got up next morning and cleaned the floors myself
The towel was black ...literally
In talking this over with manager she said she was sending someone over to give room the white glove service
That did not happen
Floors were not vacuumed
Counters not wiped ?
Very disappointed

This property is managed by Vail resorts
I will not stay here again .
