Made an appt for recall work - took it I'm, follow...

Made an appt for recall work - took it I'm, followed instructions I was given for dropping vehicle off before 7:30am, went back at 3:30 to pick up vehicle. Repairs not made, keys still in the Dropbox. Apparently, if they can't make the $$$$, they don't want you as a customer.
