Absolutely the worst experience with this company! They can never just supply you with the services you request. Every time you get on the phone with them instead of concentrating on the services you signed up for - they try up sell you on other services. That's their way of explaining why your campaign might not be performing. Don't expect to ever be able to get in touch with anyone at the office or even expect a call back in a timely manner. I would give this company 0 stars if that was possible after the services we received from them. The staff turn over is actually surreal, the person you're dealing with today is gone tomorrow and the next one you deal with will probably be gone with in a few weeks too so don't get too used to dealing with the same person. I would definitely not recommend this amateur agency to anyone looking to be successful in the digital marketing world. -5 Stars!
