If I could leave a lower review I would. It s been two years since I purchased my car at boardwalk Chevrolet. It s easily been one of the worst experiences of my life and i still regret purchasing the car from them to this day.

I was a first time buyer and needed a co-signer. so when I brought my grandparents in ,after spending days convincing them I could afford the responsibility of a car payment, we were greeted at the door by the car salesman. My grandparents being the nice church goers they were tried to negotiate to the best of their ability. However being a naive young man with his grandparents we were easily taken advantage of.

This not only occurred during the negotiation of the price,Where we were fed the excuse of market based pricing , but also after the car was sold as well. Before signing the paperwork we noticed that the HUD in the car was very dim in one of the corners. So we said we would sign if it could be fixed . They agreed and created a due bill for us to come back and get it inspected. When we came back to get it fixed they inspected it and said it would need to be replaced but they refused to pay for it. To add insult to injury, the gold level warranty we paid for was given to us by mistake and we had to re-sign the paperwork at the same price but with a warranty that no longer covered the part.

Fast forward to a few months later when I called to cancel the extras , after navigating their ridiculous automated phone system, I was finally told that the most costly of the items couldn t even be refunded!!!!

So the moral of the story is, if you are planning on buying a Chevy, please go anywhere else!!

And if for some horrible reason you must buy a car here, BEWARE of the stuff they try to tell you is included in the payment .
