This isn't a cheap service however, it is convenient and easy to use. I had 21 home videos converted to CD and flash drive. I wish the long videos that had to be done on multiple disks due to space, we're labeled like 1&2&3. I was unsure if they were additional copies or continuations. I had to write on the disc myself at that point. So I think with that price tag it should include even all the little things. It's not like your dealing with customers directly but instead providing valuable service to ensure memories are passed from digital generation on to digital generation. Also, the quality of the videos from the 90's were just as they were on the VCR tape. Probably not much can be done about that but it would be nice if they could have been digitally enhanced.
