I thought I was the only one having issues with th...

I thought I was the only one having issues with their staff, but I m glad to see many others are on the same page as I am.

First off, I DID NOT buy anything from their company, but I m writing this review as I have interacted with one of their employees, Robert
Chalanczuk. Long story short, he reached out to me in need of a place to stay for vacation for a week during covid, and I was looking for a subleaser. He didn t agree on the price, so we ended up coming to an agreement of paying like half the price (I think around $150 for a week of stat which is REALLY CHEAP)He didn t want to put down a deposit, so I was already skeptical moving forward. I politely declined his offer, but he kept insisting, so being the nice guy, I told him he could pay me after he moves in. After he moved in, he didn t pay me at all complaining how the place wasn t as clean as he thought. It was basically complete bs because I left the place knowing it was clean. Anyways, he wanted to bail out and asked for a day quote. I said $40-50 (since I have to re-open the place for sublease and what not) and he declined. I think he only wanted to pay $5-$10 at most, which is ridiculous since my rent is expensive. After disagreeing with my price, he decided to ghost me and dip the place without telling me. At this point, I was already annoyed since he costed me a week of rent, so I asked him one final time to pay up. He finally responded 5 hours later saying that he will not pay and proceed to block me. I decided to just drop the situation and let it go, but the next day, Robert had the audacity to block me on FaceBook (where we made our interactions) and gave me a 1 star review...This prompted me to email the place he s working at (this company) and send them proof that they have a scam artist as part of their team. The company didn t even respond to me, so I decided to write this review. To me, it appears that this company supports his business operations and probably the whole staff do the same sketchy things as he does. After reading all of these reviews, I can safely believe that.

At the end of the day, it was my fault for not taking a deposit before Robert moved in. But for him to do this kind of scummy business really frustrated me because I lowered the price, take payment of day of move-in, and made sure his move-in was a pleasant one...and I left with a sour taste. As a student with loans to pay off, Robert really put me in a financial trap. I hope this review will shine some light on the team of this company and for those who are interested in their business. Hopefully, they would reflect on these reviews and take matters in their hands.
