The fact that you have to pay for rides separately is a bit ridiculous. The Ulster county Fair is all inclusive. They moved one banned from the talent 10th to the beer tent and then nobody could hear them play because the chainsaw exhibit was being performed at the same time...what if a parent wanted to take their child to see that band? You must be over 21 to enter the beer tent and they do check your I D...
