The technician was absolutely wonderful and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. He treated me so well and was extremely personable and professional. However,I am a little disappointed in the results of the test. For that money and work, the amount of radon should be almost nothing. The acceptable level is 4 and we had a 3.6 afterwards.
