Went to get an oil change that was by appointment ...

Went to get an oil change that was by appointment and was there over 2 hours. No one EVER came to me or let me know Mt vehicle was ready... after seating there for over 2 hours i asked was my vehicle ready to be told it had been ready. Unbelievable! ! I guess i was supposed to assume when my car was ready?? If i never got frustrated and bothered to ask i can only imagine how long i would have say there because they seem to have no intentions of notifying me. I will never go there again... this is NOT the first issue with the service her but it will be the last.
