Once again I was not disappointed. I may not like the cost of things, but I like being treated fairly and to be given options. Kelly is the best service rep I can ever remember having. Everyone I know tells me not to take my truck to the dealer service departments. Do I pay more there? Don't know and don't really care. Convenient, professional and friendly are worth a few extra bucks any day for me.
