I cannot believe a company like this is allowed to...

I cannot believe a company like this is allowed to stay in business. They have absolutely no ethics and have already stiffed a lot of their vendors. If you are a potential vendor, I highly recommend you demand payment upfront for services to be rendered otherwise you're taking a big risk by dealing with them.
