Anytime I see a review without any comments I totally disregard any number given good or bad.
Personally i have been going to Hines since 1978. There have been many changes to the facility since that time and I have to admit for the dozens of times that I have gone there they are very good at what they do. Asking questions, is very important. we are used of being quiet. We need to ask so we can tell them what is going on.

Dont assume.

I am happy and will continue to go there.
