HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!...

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are a shop that has two of their insured cars waiting for repairs (one since November 2017); waiting to get supplements approved. Has been three weeks and it has just been lie after lies giving us the run around. We got yelled at by an "adjustor" then we call again to speak to a supervisor and they happen to tell us that , that one "adjustor" is the supervisor. There is no way to work with this company. Yet we are the ones receiving a bad reputation from the customers. If we could we wouldn't even give them one star.
