Before the end of the year (last track day and winter) I wanted to get my bikes serviced. I called in to ask about pricing and Jen from service was super helpful. Next day I brought my track bike and street bike in, she told me about recalls to be fixed and skipped (apparently if you have a race bike with no reflectors, you can skip the reflector recall) and they were ready to go in 2 days. No fuss, no muss.
