Don't expect professional customer service! JoAnn...

Don't expect professional customer service! JoAnn in the office agrees make up the 2 hours of training that was missed, at not additional cost. This was great, but when you follow up they tell you NO, because the instructor doesn't want to. They don't offer a different instructor either, so pay for a class but don't get a certificate?
