I called the police for help after being harassed ...

I called the police for help after being harassed by someone outside of my door. The person remained there for more than 30 minutes while I made other calls to try to get this person to leave. The person eventually left, but the police never came to speak with me about my call. After about another hour, I called the police non-emergency line to see ask why no one had showed up. Officer Christina Giannone (badge #225) stated that she came and spoke with the person and followed them off of my property; however, she never came to speak with me, which I think is very odd. Why would the police answer a call and not speak with the person who called? Why would she fail to hear my perspective? The person likely acted like everything was okay when (if?) she ever arrived. This is terrible service...I do not understand what sort of protocol this is---to not come to the person's door who called. Or at the least, follow up with a call to let me know what happened. I shouldn't have needed to call in order to see why they never showed, only to learn that they did (claimed to).
