Beautiful venue and surrounding area, but the staff seemed a little disorganized and inconsistent when it came to giving out information. After waiting in line for 3 hours we were told that all gates wouldn't open at the same time, and ours would most likely open last! This was for a general admission show, so we went early with hopes of a front row seat. As strict and stern as they were with the rules, once we got inside it was a free for all. People were standing in front of seated people, kids were playing in the aisles, and no one was doing anything to stop it the entire night. The only thing I cared for besides the appearance of the place was the acoustics and the artist I went there to see. It is mostly a place to drink, dance, and chat with your neighbors, not a place for serious concert goers who are there to see the show without being distracted.
