Bad impression from ncoi. Emailed 4x with specific question about study and a person in our company. No answer. Finally after the 4th mail (and 3 weeks later) received a reply that I can contact you. DONE by phone, but receptionist did not know the employee, eventually transferred to MBO courses and then 21 min! put on hold. This really cannot be the intention of a training institute. It may be useful to train well internally.
