I sincerely apologize for writing this anonymously...

I sincerely apologize for writing this anonymously and being too vague, but I have no doubts whatsoever that this practice would retaliate against my children if they new the source and we haven't yet switched from here. If you prefer a doctor that ignores your input entirely and just knows what works for your child better than you the parent, you will LOVE this practice. They get one star only for being open for business most of the time (and the fact that google doesn't allow 0 stars), so you can get this better advice any time you choose. Unfortunately a parents' need to go to a doc to get a script for obvious medications when your child is sick the options are slim. We haven't found another practice yet that is as available as this one, so while we hate it, we keep coming back. We will be seeking a doctor that knows what they are doing for doctors' hours and hopefully will find an alternative to this one for off hours. I would recommend to anyone seeking a new practice to first look elsewhere and use this practice as a last resort. It isn't that they don't pretend to care, it is that they don't that matters to me.
