Merino services is fraud company .They hire the new freshers and take hugh amount of money by giving them fraud assurance of placement and after completion of ERP training they fired young freshers without any reason .They just spoil there career on intial level in case they somehow like some candidate they take those fresher on minimum amount like 10000 rs or 12000 per month and make their fraud resume and portfolio and sends to their client for billing purpose like if candidate have only six month experience they showed in resume 2 years and other people give client interview on that fresher behalf.
if the fresher not perform as per the client expectation, Bikash lohia mad guy fired them immedialtely. His owner is very greedy man and even employee take one cup extra of tea, he fired that employee for that reasons. Navin Tenani and vanadna ahori they trap the freshers with their fraud gimik .Please beware with these fraud people. I will also take intiate and raise that matter infront of media.Because these people are like making poison of young freshers dream.

Yes , Merino company ltd is a fraud people organization .Bikash Lohia is CEO who don't know corporate ethics and rules . Fire people without reasons and very greedy man. They hire freshers and take lacs of rs and then fire those freshers on basis of performance excuse after receiving with them and thats right very unprofessional lala type company
