Might be okay for routine things, but not great for elder care/emergencies. My father got an infection where they put in the IV, and they had trouble drawing his blood and injured him. A nurse said she was getting sick right in front of him, and she wasn't wearing a mask or anything. Taking him off meds the first time he was there sent him back less than a month later. That said some nurses and doctors there are caring and helpful. It's just not a place I'd trust with serious care.
