On Saturday 1/4/20 I went in for an oil change, and John Joseph immediately helped me out as always (such a nice guy)! But as I was getting cashed out by the other service adviser he tell me my total is $186 or whatever and i was like geeze that s high did y all raise your prices or replace the cabin air filter? My last oil change was only $130. He replied no just your basic oil change, but oil prices go up like gas does. Still seeming very high, I paid for it and left. Got home looked at my previous invoice, and the price of the oil apparently went up 76%. Now I have 2 and a half years of experience as a cashier / warranty administrator at a car dealership so I know that s not right at all. So, either the service adviser was trying to take advantage of me, a young girl with an Grand Cherokee SRT or it was just an honest mistake by the parts dept and he was just too lazy to look into it for me. But none the less, I went back in Monday 1/6/20, spoke with the parts manager and I was 100% correct about being over charged for the price of the oil and he refunded me the over paid portion.

Not too sure what actually happened but thank you for fixing it!
