Have been waiting 2 and a half weeks for a domesti...

Have been waiting 2 and a half weeks for a domestic NZ parcel and after multiple calls and emails with customer service I finally find out that the driver doesn't even have my parcel...The lady I talked with on the phone was very nice and helpful and would hate to blame her customer service on something that is out of her control. Just don't ever order something using this service if you can somehow find out.
Extremely dissapointed
