Staff were SUPER friendly. My partner and I went at approximately 3pm on a Friday and the lines were very short and we spent, at most, 5 minutes total waiting in lines. The city views were spectacular the whole way up the building. Lots of great picture opportunities. I'd consider this destination a "must" for any visiting New York for the first time :)
