My furnace/air conditioner was not working, so called Columbus Worthington Air because of the many great reviews it had from past customers. I am glad I called. They sent a technician out within a few hours. He professionally and quickly assessed the situation and, even though the fix was a costly one, was able to locate my warranty for the unit and fix it right away. Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I am very satisfied with the service that was provided and will continue to use Columbus Worthington and Air in the future.
