Enjoyed living in their Allegro community while I was there. About 2 years later, I got a letter asking for a final water bill payment and threatening collections. I contacted Mark-Taylor and sent them a copy of the check I had sent (to my local office instead of the corporate one - my mistake) back when I was first billed. After that email, I never got a reply despite follow-up emails. They just kept sending me collections letters. Fine, I'll pay the bill (again), but bottom line: really lousy customer service.
