I rented from here groom Dec 2015 until February 19th 2020 when the trailer burnt in a BFD ruled accidental fire. Now, they're trying to charge me for their decision to rebuild over reminents of said fire. Their first letter started $11,999 due immediately, the next $21,115, alsodue immediately. They keep citing section 15 from the lease, but all it says is that I cannot sue them for damage to my property and they advice renters insurance. They've also claimed renter's insurance would have cover the cost of repair, which is inaccurate.
I was a great tenant, one of very few in tray trailer park, and this is how they treat humans who lost everything through no fault of their own. Shameful.
