Its the CNY holidays.. Just remembered abt my ins expiring during the PH!!!
Luckily theres Directasia online..

BUT!! Encountered some errors whilst buying the premium, who the heck understand the error codes...

With the call center closed, and ins deadline its frustrating..

Could be better with a 24hr call center for situations like this or at least have a section on the website tabulating different error codes that may occur so at least cust will be able to narrow down and address the error.
